These two illustrations are half of a project that I did for my Illustration class. They were an exercise in designing two environments that were tailored specifically to a character that I made for the same project (who can be found on this page, "Friend"). They had to feel like they had been "lived in", and I did my best to make these areas feel alive.

It focuses on a bar, and you can see through the window to see the patrons inside. Above the bar is a billboard advertising apartments for rent. The second piece is of a bedroom. It is in a basement, and the furniture is mismatched. There is a hammock with plushies inside, a shelf full of various books and objects, and a desk with a synthesizer on it. There are various music-related posters on the wall.
