Morph is a piece created for my Figure Drawing class. I took a previous drawing I had created for this course and created an original drawing using the pose. I chose to use a laying pose I had drawn and turned the figure into a mermaid. This piece is mainly an exercise in creating my own work from previous studies.

Two traditional drawings. The first piece is a drawing of a mermaid using graphite. They are laying on the ground and looking directly at the viewer. They are relatively monstrous compared to traditional mermaids. The second piece is the original pose, created using Conte. It is the same laying pose, but is lacking details.
